Now here is a hand Google Mashup for those in the real estate biz - DCHomePrices.com. They list all the public record home sales in DC on a Google Map of the city so you can what's sold in your hood, when, and for how much. They have sales data for the last 12 months, 1000,000 sales they claim, which makes for a very interesting read.
